We do accept “no question/no reason returns” for the item’s purchase price (shipping not refunded) if the item(s) are in unused condition, but you must purchase the return shipping. If an item has been damaged during shipping, this is different; please photograph the shipping box container as well as the damaged item to qualify for a full refund and a free return shipping label. To avoid damage, the items will be securely packed with plenty of packing paper, foam peanuts, or bubble wrap; please reuse these materials to repack if a return is necessary.
To get started, please send an email with your order # and the issue encountered to returns@chill.vibez.biz within fourteen (14) days of purchase, and you will then receive an RMA # & return instructions within two (2) business days.
